This document has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Spanish Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), and other applicable regulations in Spain and the European Union.

1. IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION (OWNER DATA)

In compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of LSSI-CE, it is hereby reported that the owner and administrator of the Qi Chart platform (available on the website: https://qichart.com, hereinafter the "Platform" or the "Project") is the following natural person:

2. NON-COMMERCIAL NATURE OF THE ACTIVITY

2.1. The Qi Chart Platform is a personal, private, non-commercial, and scientific research Project.

2.2. Within the framework of the Platform, no business, commercial, or mercantile activity is conducted, no paid services are provided, no products are sold, and no direct or indirect economic benefit is obtained. Access to all calculators and functions of the Personal Area is provided to users completely free of charge and altruistically.

3. TERMS OF USE AND ACCEPTANCE

3.1. Access to the Platform and the use of its tools (both in guest mode and through the registration of a Personal Account) grants you the status of a User.

3.2. Use of the Platform implies your full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LIMITATION OF AI MINING (AI OPT-OUT)

4.1. The programming code, mathematical calculation algorithms, graphic design elements, logos, interfaces, and text interpretations presented on the Platform are protected by Spanish and international legislation on intellectual property and copyright. Any copying, decompilation, data extraction (scraping), or commercial use of the elements of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

4.2. Limitation of data mining for AI (AI Opt-out): In accordance with Article 4.3 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 17, 2019, on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market, transposed into Spanish law by Article 67.3 of Real Decreto-ley 24/2021, of November 2, the Owner of the Platform expressly restricts the use of any of its content for text and data mining. It is categorically prohibited to use any material, calculation, data structure, or code of the Platform for the training, calibration, testing, or fine-tuning of artificial intelligence (AI) models and neural networks without the prior written consent of the Owner.

5. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY (PRIVACY BY DESIGN)

5.1. The Platform has been designed by prioritizing the protection of user privacy. Calculations for unregistered users (visitors) are performed exclusively on the client-side (in the browser) using client-side hash processing technology (Client-Side Hash) and are technically not transmitted to the server.

5.2. The storage of registered users' data in the database hosted on EU servers is carried out strictly on the basis of their prior and explicit consent, and in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

5.3. The link to withdraw consent for data processing and delete the account—with the consequent data blocking provided by Spanish legislation (Article 32 of LOPDGDD)—is available and accessible in the settings of the Personal Area of each registered user.

6. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY (DISCLAIMER)

6.1. All calculations and interpretations provided by the Platform's algorithms are of an exclusively informative, hypothetical, and historical-metaphysical nature.

6.2. The information obtained on the Platform in no case constitutes, replaces, or can be interpreted as professional medical, psychological, financial, investment, academic, or legal advice. The Owner of the Platform is not responsible for decisions made by the user based on the calculations obtained.

7. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

7.1. This Legal Notice and any relationship arising in connection with the use of the Platform shall be governed exclusively by Spanish legislation.

7.2. For those users who have the status of consumers (B2C) within the European Union, any conflict shall be submitted to the courts of their legal domicile, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).

7.3. All disputes of a professional or commercial nature shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the province of Alicante, Spain.
